To accommodate the paradigm shift to mobile learning, Hillbrook launched a 1:1 iPad program in 2010. As part of a larger mobile learning initiative to support innovation, creativity and technology, Hillbrook eliminated its traditional computer lab to develop an agile, experimental learning space. The foundational idea of the iLab project is that, along with books, teachers, and environment, the learning space is also an educational tool. And like all tools, when used appropriately, it supports and delivers enormous benefits.
